CUSTOM ORDERS

David Alan jewelry is custom made for you in our NYC Atelier. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on finished custom jewelry.

DEPOSITS

To begin your project a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. 

Non-refundable deposits on custom jewelry orders may be transferred to a store credit within 3 business days of placing your order. 

DETERMINING YOUR RING SIZE

We recommend you visit our atelier for a professional sizing consultation to ensure the best fit. If an in-person visit isn’t possible, we can provide a complimentary ring sizer or guidance on measuring your size accurately.

RING RESIZING

For most rings, one complimentary resize is available within 60 days of receipt (exclusions may apply). Turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks (may vary based on the complexity of the design). Any additional resizing or structural modifications will incur a fee and will be quoted based on the work required.

 

REPAIRS & MODIFICATIONS

We stand behind our manufacturing 100%. If there is any problem with your piece, that is not caused by neglect, misuse, or damage, David Alan will perform repairs free of charge. In the event a piece of David Alan jewelry is sized, repaired, or modified elsewhere, David Alan will no longer be able to guarantee the structural integrity of the piece, nor accept returns or exchanges.
